I can recommend places to eat, things to see and things to do, in Franklin and the vicinity. I am available to answer as many questions you may have, or if you prefer, just leave you to enjoy our beautiful city!

We enjoyed our stay at Erin’s Light Suite. It’s obvious that she’s put a lot of thought into this place and there are lots of special touches everywhere. We love the decor and the travel theme that is accented throughout the place. It’s definitely a cozy nest for two with a super comfortable bad and everything we needed. Although we spent a good bit of time in Nashville this was a convenient location and we would definitely come back. Thank you Erin!Shannon and Jay, April 2019

Immaculate is the first word that comes to mind in describing Erin’s place. We had a wonderful weekend visiting Franklin. Erin’s place is close to downtown. It was easy going back and forth. Her neighborhood is very quiet. We hope to come back and visit again.Julie, April 2019
Cozy suite that was just perfect for my husband and I. Nice comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, all necessary amenities. Coffee making didn’t work our first morning but Erin went the extra mile to get a new one for us. Really appreciate her hospitality. Highly recommend.Wendy, March 2019
Erin’s guest house is cozy, CLEAN, the bed is very comfortable and she is indeed a Top Hostess. The location is beautiful! I recommend!!!!Cristina, February 2019
Erin’s place is as described. It is a beautiful and quaint location. The morning walks were gorgeous. The space is quite, comfortable, and everything we were looking for. Franklin is an awesome town with great restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. We highly recommend this place and Erin as host!Elaine, January 2019
Our little family needed to be in Franklin, TN for the holidays this year and this fit the bill perfectly. This place has a private entrance, so we could check in and come and go without disturbing anyone. It was affordable (especially for Franklin, TN where AirBNB options are slim) and provided a much better experience than staying at a hotel. The pictures don’t do the studio justice. It is better than advertised. And Erin has provided just the right amount of proactive hospitality. There is no oven/stove but there is a sink, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. Thanks to a great hostess, you also have coffee, creamer, sugar, and chocolates (!). And during our stay, we also had a cute little tabletop Christmas tree. Loved staying here. If we’re lucky, we’ll be able to come back sometime!Annetta, December 2018
